RC Construction & Project Management ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), suburb, and information about your project. We also record basic campaign information (for example, which advert or page you came from).

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit and communicate with you about your project.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. It is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Email roger@rcconstruction.co.za or call 072 324 6077.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet legal obligations.
